Hello, all! I am new to this list. I have been on the powermacs pci list when I first got my beige G3 but just recently I purchased a new G4 (not G3) iBook so I have joined this list, also. I came across a mustek dv4000 MPEG4 video camera, but when I started taking movies I realized that the files were in .ASF format and were unreadable by QuickTime and (gasp) Windows Media Player (the camera appears to compress video using an "unknown" codec). I am new to the DV world and now I am stuck in the mud. Where can I find a conversion application to convert .ASF files in Mac OS, or how can I view them on my Mac? There's plenty converters for Windows, I have found out, but I do not own a Windows or Virtual PC. Any and all help is appreciated!
