The first thing I do with PCs is make sure the card is 802.11b and not
802.11a but that obviously isn't the problem here. But I mention it in case
others check the archive for similar problems.

With Win98SE and higher putting a PC on the network isn't too difficult
except for the fact that prior to Win2K and XP at least 1 restart was
necessary. The one problem I do see fairly often with Windows and WiFi is
security. To see if this is the problem you are experiencing, change your
ABS's config to turn off WEP and see if the PC can connect. If it can you'll
need to play around with the various security options to see if one can be
made compatible with the card. You should also make sure you have the most
up to date drivers/config software for your PCs card.
