TurboTax [formerly MacinTax years ago] by Intuit and TaxCut [by a company whose name I don't recall] are both available. I know that TurboTax runs in 9 still, I don't know if TaxCut is OS X only or not.

TurboTax also has a web option available that worked fine for me under OS X and Safari. I would assume that it would work fine for OS 9 with IE or Netscape as well. I filed mine that way last year and it was quite handy. This year, it pulled in all of my information I needed from last year's return automatically. All of the web traffic is encrypted.
