Help!!!!!!!

Two days ago, my 12 inch PB suddenly slowed to a crawl. I ran disk first
aid. I did an archive and install and updated everything. It's a little
better. It only takes 20-30 minutes to get to the log on screen after a
restart as opposed to an hour. Lots of spinning beach balls. If I have
Activity Monitor running, I see that lots of things keep showing up as Hung,
especially WindowServer.

It seemed to run fine from the install disk so I don't think it's hardware.
I haven't run the hardware disk yet, will do that tonight.

I know I haven't given all the information probably required to diagnose. If
there's anyone out there who has any ideas, tell me what info is needed
