Is there any adjustment in the card software to adjust the transmit power? On my cisco card's software I can adjust the transmit power from 1mW to 100 mW, which I would assume dramatically effects the signal strength.

I've been having problems with my graphite AirPort Base Station. I had to
replace the 2 blown capacitors to make it work again. I'm not using it much
