Billy, >From one bi-lingual admin to another, I can tell you with a bit of coaxing, it is possible. Two of the simplest ways are using Remote Desktop Connections and Microsoft Telnet Services.
RDC gives you a full gui interface to the WinXP box. There are a few shortcomings, but it works. If you need instructions on how to set things up, email me off-list. The Mac RDC client is available on the MS website: <http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx?pid=download&location=/mac/DOWN LOAD/MISC/RDC.xml&secid=80&ssid=9&flgnosysreq=True> Telnet services can be installed on WinXP. You can execute an insecure telnet right from OS X Terminal. This gives you command prompt interface to WinXP. It is very powerful, if you can remember the commands you need! I administer a Windows 2000 domain (Active Directory) so my office computer is a PC, but as a mobile user, my Ti is my best friend :) and I can work on almost everything using these two services.
