I bought Applecare for my original Ti-400, and renewed it for a second 3
yrs. I'm having a problem for the third time and just wonder if I will run
into trouble going in for a fix yet again. If anyone has had this problem,
it might help me to be able to say this is a known failure. The issue is a
green vertical line appearing about 3/4 the way across the screen on the
right side. It comes and goes with opening the lid a bit more, pushing on
one side, etc. I would think the problem is in the wiring connecting the
screen to the base. They had to replace the complete display the last two
times. I don't do anything strange with this machine, and in fact have been
very careful to open it with two hands since the last repairs.

Thanks,

Jim
