Rad: What memory are you trying to get at? The system memory is under the keyboard which you access the release inside each of the battery/cd compartments (spring loaded slides, one each side). These pop up the keyboard and you carefully lift it out of the way (there still is a ribbon attached). The memory is under a steel plate held down by one screw, it is in the center, you can't miss it. Once the plate is removed, you will see the memory card, one stick is accessed from top, if you want to put a second one, you remove the card and it is underneath. The bottom slot requires low profile ram to fit.
