What do you mean exaclty by "video stream"? A video stream is usually a server providing video over the network while the client plays it in real time. Usually, that means providing the URL to the server's video stream. So, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to provide a URL in an email. If you mean being able to play the video from the email application you're using, then you may be right. I only used Entourage so far and it hasn't the ability to play video streams from an email. Maybe another email application on the Mac would be able to do it. In any case, it's usually just a matter of copying the URL to the video stream into your browser. If by video stream you mean attaching the video file to the message, then, again, I don't see why you would be able to do it from Windows but not from the Mac.
