Well, IMNSHO, I think that "File Synchronization" is the best, most affordable and easiest to use tool but then, I'm the author!
I'm not the author and I agree. There are lots of other tools that offer lots of other features. However, it is not at all clear that they improve on synchronization and few of them are as intuitive as File Synchronization and most of them cost a lot more.
My only complaint is that the icon in the dock looks a bit fuzzy :)
