Is it possible that a trackpad on a Pismo would slowly die? Mine started behaving erratically a few days ago. The cursor would just stop moving for a second or two, then would respond again. It got worse over the last few days and now, it doesn't work anymore, nor is the clicker button. I tried to unplug the trackpad cable from the motherboard and reconnect it to no avail.
So, is it possible that the trackpad circuit would be busted? I haven't dropped anything on my Pismo, so I don't understand why it's happening. Is there any chance of something loose under the top case? Thanks in advance for any help or pointer! -Laurent. -- ============================================================================ Laurent Daudelin AIM/iChat: LaurentDaudelin <http://nemesys.dyndns.org> Logiciels Nemesys Software mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] copy protection n.: A class of methods for preventing incompetent pirates from stealing software and legitimate customers from using it.
