VPC crapped out

I went out, got the program, and now, it does what microsooft does 
best, and crashes me every time, I cant even get the reinstall to work, 
nothin, so how do you REALLY uninstall vpc, so I can start from 
scratch? or maybe move all my other settings to a new account on the 
laptop?
