Yep, that's it.

You could try changing the channel to the other end, like a 1,2, or 3.  This
will move the frequency farther away from where it is now, and maybe farther
from an interfering device.  However, another device may have nothing to do
with your problem.

When you change the frequency, you will just have to re-select the ABS out
of the wireless network list on your computer and log in again for it to
work.
