I recalled seeing information about the Macally USB 2.0 card at <http://www.macally.com/spec/usb/connecting_device/uh2226.html>. But I didn't realize that this page was dealing with a different card -- the UH2-226 not the UH-276. The 226 requires OS 9.2 and up. The 276 requires OS 8.6 and up. <http://www.macally.com/spec/usb/connecting_device/uh276.html> My bad. I apologize. The 276 goes back on my "possible" list. I wouldn't have seen my error if James hadn't recommended Macally to me. Thanks James. I'd still like to hear good or bad experiences with the Macally card or any other card that you have had success using with OS 8.6 - 10.2.4.
