I may have to try that. This laptop already had 10.2 on it when I got it and I don't have that CD. I only have 10.3 which is what I REALLY want on this Wallstreet. I'm afraid it won't install and then I'll be stuck with a laptop I can't use...and I use it A LOT, daily to respond to customer emails while I'm at home during the evenings and on my days off.
