Have you looked at any 3rd-party OS X calculators? I have seen a few, but right now I can't suggest anything specific. If you want to see if someone else's calculator will work with the keypad, go to Google/mac.html and search on "OS X" calculator (including the quotation marks). Hope you come up with something.
