It works, but it's slow, and I've got a 500MHz Pismo.
If you're using the typical Office apps, you'll notice the speed -- or lack thereof -- but the problem is not fatal, just really annoying. It's akin to Mac OS X 10.0 on a 500MHz Pismo, or so I seem to recall.
The worst problem that I've encountered is in using IE 6 to access a web application for editing web pages. The web app relies on DirectX, and refreshing the window can take 20 seconds or more. If you're planning to use IE a lot, be preparing for much waiting.
