Clamshell iBook-USB Storage Support Update

I tried to upgrade my OS 9.1 USB Storage Support software to 1.3.5 on 
the Apple site. Got it downloaded, read the requirements, says my 
computer is compatible. However when actually try to install it I get a 
message that it can't be installed on my computer.

I have to use OS 9.1 on this computer because I use a program which is 
compatible with up to 9.1 only.
