While not the only possible problem, look very carefully on the female Power connector on the Wallstreet and see if any part of the shielding tape that is attached to the inside of bottom case have come loose and can come into contact with the outside of the Power Supply male connector. I had this problem with a WS II before and the solution was to take apart the machine and reattach the tape that was loose. I put other thin tape on top of it to hold it in place.
