Not if the seller had already registered the software.  In that case,
the seller would have to transfer ownership in writing.

Illovox might have meant Adobe Creative Suite instead of Macromedia. 
CS is an Adobe copyrighted name..

I recently sold old versions of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, which
I had registered.  In order for the buyer to acquire upgrades, I had
to ask Adobe for the appropriate transfer form, fill it out, and send
to the buyer.
