Hello,
Using OS 9.1, WS Series II, Netscape 7.x, I cannot use
Key Caps to generate Cyrillic text to cut and paste
into Livejournal.com. The result looks like this:
ȈÛÍÂÌ„¯˘Áı˙
If not using cut and paste, the characters work fine.
