How about one of those laptop cooler pads? The flat things with a fan or 2 in them that the laptop sits on? I've never tried one, but I have heard that they keep it a couple degrees cooler. Some are USB-powered which may or may not be a problem with a Wallstreet depending on whether you have a card.
