Hay Dan,
I have another question for you, so I'll go ahead and include some
comments about the re-order problem that I was originally going to
let slide so as not to add to the high list volume.

It was definitely a problem (at least for some people). I checked my
notes and I have the re-ordering suggested as a solution as far back
as 1999 or there abouts. It may be that it was a problem with OS 8.5
and disappeared with 8.6 and up. That was part of my initial
question. But I remember that I had to re-order the UDF extensions to
get things to work on my system (OS 8.5 IIRC).

Now to the primary purpose of this post. I had occasion to check out
the Roxio web site today and I looked to see what updated information
I could pick up on any newer versions of the Adaptec UDF extension.
All I could find was version 1.0.4, which is the version that I've
had since 1999. When I re-read the README file that I had, it
indicated that v. 1.0.4 allowed access of UDF 1.5.

Since you mentioned UDF 2.0 & 2.0.1 in your previous reply, and you
stated "Adaptec UDF Volume Access, which supports those newer
standards," can you provide any further detail on what newer versions
are available and what UDF versions they support? I'd like to snag
them if I can find them.

Thanx again,

Bob
