Hello,
I have a problem with my iBook's Keyboard. I've tried to take the keyboard off, but I can't seem to get it off. I referred to the manual. The manual said that you need to twist the little lock by the num lock key. I did that and no dice yet. I've got it once before, but nothing after that. Seems like the keyboard is really tight in place and may be stuck... I'm not sure. I have an iBook G4 1 GHz if that makes a difference. Thanks- Jared.
Once you turn the lock next to the "num lock" key you slide back the catches between the ESC and F1 keys and the F11 and F12 keys. As you slide one back lift up on that side slightly then slide the other one back and lift the keyboard up all the way, gently.
