Symptoms - The WallStreet works fine with a USB card whilst on mains power but freezes up under battery power. The solution is to turn off Allow processor cycling under Settings for Battery, in Control Panels, Energy Saver, Advanced Settings. Now the USB card should work fine. At least it did for me.
