If you get a single stick of PC100 sdram at 128mb and put it in the lower slot 10.3 should load fine.
PC 66 and PC133 are no good it must be 100. I do not know why but that was the only way i could get panther on my 400 Lombard when i had it.
After the install i just put the ram i had back in and it was fine running but for the install it had to be Pc100 sdram.
