This will download an installer that will run along looking fine until the end then complain that 'serious errors have occurred'.
Ignore it.
Also, just accept the defaults when you install it, it seems to hang if you want to choose a different directory or something.
Then start terminal.
By default terminal opens in your Home directory. The program was installed in a folder called RaceTrack...
type 'cd RaceTrack' and hit enter.
Then enter the following (all as one line!)
"java -cp ThirdParty/hsqldb/hsqldb.jar:ThirdParty/commapi/comm.jar:classes net.sourceforge.racemanager.race.Manager "
The app should start up pretty quickly.
(also check the help message forum at <http://sourceforge.net/forum/?group_id=94445> as there's some weirdness about reports, I think...)
