I use a Kensington Universal adapter, which works both on regular household AC, and with the switch of one cord, works in cars and some airplanes (enpower tip). Even better, it works with both my new G4 and my ancient Kanga with a simple tip swap, and with a cheap extra cable, can simultaneously charge my cell phone.
