No, there's nothing but wires inside the cord. The device itself is a switchmode power supply (SMPS), and as such has built-in over-current and over-temperature protection. No fuses required.
Most switching supplies I've seen have fuses on the AC side to protect against component burnout. And for a good reason. A number of power supplies I've tired to fix have had blown fuses due to something shorting out (usually a diode or sometimes a cap).
