Goodness, it's quite clear. I saw the earlier post and checked my Serial Number by clicking on the Aqua Apple Menu/About This Mac. When the little box opens right under the Apple Logo and where it says Mac OS X .... beneath that it says 'Version 10.3.8' click on THAT then it will say build number, click again and it will give you your serial number. Mine is UV4466XXXXX (I didn't give the entire serial number), so obviously it is not in the range and the problem does not apply to mine. If you in the range below, then you are covered.....what could be simpler?
