I have just received a Pismo 400 mhz, 256 mb, running system 9.22 and I have a few queries.
1. When the battery indicator is pushed, one (of the four) battery indicator light flashes. Does this mean the battery is dead? The control strip shows the battery as charging, but it still keeps flashing.
2. When turned on, the screen immediately dims, which I think is normal.
Then during the startup process the screen goes to a blank gray screen four times, twice while loading 'Welcome to OS 9.22', which I have not seem on another Pismo. Is this a sign of a cable or logic board problem?
