Could anyone please tell me why I keep receiving notifications from my internet server that I'm over quota on my email. I've deleted all msg's in the in box, the sent box, the draft box, and the trash. Yet I still got an over quota notice this morning. When I checked the help section it told me to click option script. I'm lost! Please help!

I think what is happening is that although you're deleting mail from your desktop, the copies on the server aren't being deleted and therefore you're using up your account space.

You can set the mail to be deleted from server once you download in your mail client. I think you might also have to double check if you have settings that need to be changed on your account if you read it remotely directly on the server. I had the same issue and had to edit my account preferences in Apple's Mail App *and* in the Web mail client I use to read mail when I'm not home.

Good luck!
