I'm with you Tom. For me, (under Panter and Jag) Safari is noticably slower than Firefox. Don't know if it has to do with my slow dial-up (28.8) connection, or just Firefox. Also, I like the additional widgets that you can add to Firefox, like TinyURL, Mapit!, and the weather tab. And I find the UI much easier to use in Firefox. Until Safari can match Firefox's speed and functionality, I'll stick with Firefox!
