Hi Pat, I also had this problem when I first joined the list. Finally I could not send to the list at all. I had to contact my ISP, seems that they were blacklisted, I had no idea why. They finally got it figured out, but it was totally impossible to mail the list administrator, at the address that was provided on the bounce messages, because mails to that address would also bounce. Finally my ISP got it figured out somehow, but in my case it took weeks.
