No, magnetic fields are not radioactive.

Yes there is lead in the solder (although it's been / being replaced).

There may be some small amount in the caps but not much. It isn't sprayed on the boards, that would be nuts.

While current theory says that light exists both as a wave and a particle you usually refer to it as one or the other, not both as in "photon waves". In any event they don't come out of the electron gun(s) but from the screen when the electron strikes the screen.
