just unmount it by taking the icon from the desktop to the trash or
use the icon to the bottom right that looks like an arrow with an
ipod.

Hi all, I just bought a 20 gig Ipod and it updated as soon as I
plugged it in & Itunes says that the update is complete but the ipod
says do not dis-connect. It has been doing this for hours. What is it
doing & when can I use it?
