Today Sprint has me on a Linksys Broadband Router Wireless G and a Sprint
645 modem. Two separate devices. Whereas before they were in one and every
puff in the atmosphere burnt it up. Sprint say s that piece of equipment
{Linksys Gateway ADSL Router Wireless G) is being recalled.
...duh I went thru 5!!! they retail at $60.
My other problems are:
1. Now that I have the new router my powerbook's ( Lombard 9.2.2)
netscape won't link to web addresses from a google page...googles ok but
then you can't go anywhere. And my earthlink account says the server is a
dufus or something equally productive...
I liked things when I just turned the dang thing on and it worked. I got my
job done and life was good.
2. My Beige G3 pc... I have been trying to connect my old Laserwriter IINTX
to use. So I disconnected my scanner and my cd burner...to just be connected
to theLaserwriter to see what it would do... It doesn't recognize it.
I need to buy a terminator for it, tho I thought I had one...IN fact I have
two but they don't have pins.
Then I had gall bladder surgery , sorry for the TMI, but seriously I can't
remember how to reconnect my scanner and CD burner. My scanner keeps trying
to reset itself...sigh
Is there a mac god...not on vacation?
