Wallstreet and Lombard both have problems with certain SODIMMs which have two banks. Usually, the worst that can happen is these will be read as one-half their actual capacity as these actually are composed of two banks. Pismos will read these as their correct capacity. When buying 128 or 256 MB SODIMMs for Wallstreets or Lombards be sure the seller guarantees these to work on Walstreets or Lombards. If PC100 or made from high density SDRAM chips, or if PC133, these may or may not work properly. PC100 or faster of just about any organization (density or number of banks) will work in Pismos. Large profile 256 MB SODIMMs usually work fine in Wallstreets and Lombards.
