I actually just tried that on my Lombard, and I've been pleasantly surprised. It's kinda interesting what homebrew remedies that we Mac users can come up with, given the resources.

Now, if anyone will come up with a cheap way to power my Lombard without an AC adapter for 3-5 hours and without a new 'battery', I'd be grateful. :D

Non-alchohol baby-wipes. they're also good for cleaning ink off your printer.

I misspoke earlier. The wet wipes I use are not Allsop but are Nice'n Clean anti-static cleaning wipes. They contain low amounts of alcohol and can be purchased at Wal-mart in the electronics department.
