I've had TechTool running for ~ 10 hours and it's showing 601 bad blocks (block 359040 of 156301488) so far.
The data's completely corrupt and seemingly unsalvageable. Disk First Aid, TechTool, DiskWarrior and Drive Genius all give up on it. Is this a warranty issue (HD purchased w/laptop 7 months ago) or is a thorough reformat and reinstall going to get me back up and running.
