For some very weird reason the link of the beta version has no check
boxes and clicking it takes me to the page that doesn't have the Mac
download... my partner is downloading it with his PC for me... it shows
up on his machine...
I'd send you a screen dump but I'm assuming attachments are not
accepted here...

upper right side ? It is just above the minimum system configuration
list. Ensure that you have marked the Mac OS X and click on the
Download Google Earth bar - the dmg file will start downloading and
you'll have the official, full version.

and all the download links are .exe files that Safari can't open...
