The power jack is on the Sound/AC in board of the Wallstreet, IIRC (Thankfully I haven't had to open mine in a very long time.) If you're handy with the soldering gun, you can probably just fix the cracked solder connections on the bottom of the jack that are likely causing the problem. 99% of the time that's the fix. If you're not a fan of soldering then you can take your chances with a new Sound/power board on eBay or the swap list.
