Whenever my school newspaper printed stuff from Freehand to our LW 16/600 we
always had some sort of font error, no matter what - it only had 16MB of RAM
and couldn't handle everything. Even when we got a LaserJet 4050, and later
a LaserJet 5000, we still couldn't print good fonts. If it's not going to
hurt your document, just convert all text to paths. It usually makes any
font printable, it might make it print a little more slowly, but at least
it'll print. I don't know if Freehand 9 keeps text effects and stuff like
that when you convert to paths, but I know that in Freehand 8 it doesn't.
