Hi All,

I have a Blue & White G3/350 (mini-tower) with 192 MB of RAM running OS
8.6. Itt still has the small 6GB internal hard drive that originally
came with the machine when I purchased it in 1999. I would like to boost
up the hard drive capacity to 20 or 40GB by adding a 2nd internal drive
- so here are my questions:

1.) What hard drives are recommended (& are compatible) for this machine
(names of manufacturers would be greatly appreciated)

2.) Should I go with an external or internal hard drive & which one is
more reliable and cost-effective?

3.) Do I have re-install the factory installed Mac OS 8.6 once the new
hard drive has been hooked up?

4.) What is a reasonable price to pay for a 20 or 40 GB internal hard
drive (Cdn $)?

Any info on these issues would be greatly appreciated.

kind regards,
Sue Street
