Do you have Norton Utilities installed. If so there's a great utility with
Norton called Wipe Info in the Norton Tools folder. You just drag and drop
files and/or folders onto it and it will wipe them all off the drive without
any hope of recovery.
After you wipe what you want, optimize the drive and that should clean
everything up and make it impossible for someone to recover anything.
