I have been wanting to try adding the card back in, since even after I removed it and all USB extensions it still would never wake up from sleep. I had to reinstall the OS to get it to wake again. But the sleep problem started the same day I added the card, and if you read Apple's "USB Adapter Card" README it says *some* Beige G3's will not wake from sleep with the USB extensions installed, and to turn off sleep in the Energy Saver control panel if you experience this problem.
