Yes, It's not a PCI card, but rather a processor daughter card "carrier" that
you pop a ZIF onto.  It's the *only* way to upgrade (IMHO).  It allows you to
"re-upgrade" by removing the 333MHz ZIF and adding a G4-400 for example.
