"custom install" is the 4th great lie. no version of the apple os
actually pays attention to what you say, you always get everything and
have to rip out what you don't want. sad but true. on the other hand,
it may also not install what you ask for, check the install cd, you
should be able to find it in one of the folders, or use tome viewer to
extract it.
