I have to agree with Kyle, as well as with his suggested action. I had the same thing happen to me with Smalldog (normally an excellent online store) and when I raised a stink and mentioned that I would hate to have to inform all the Mac users on all the Mac mail lists that I subscribe to that the usually excellent Smalldog has started going downhill blahblahblah, they got back to me after a couple of days and offered a similar product at the same price (at cost, they said), and I accepted. (N.B. All contact was by email, as I'm in Italy; in other words, it would have been relatively easy to "blow me off").
