Sad to see the Olds go, but I saw it coming as the last great Olds went with the
loss of the V8's. I had a '77 and '85 Delta 88. Boy they were great, even the one
that had the chevy engine! I was allowed to buy them from my stepfather after
watching him put 100K miles on them. I think they both were still running when he
got rid the '91 and the one he got in the mid 90's is already suffered a bad death
(transmission problems). He just bought the last Olds he will ever get, a 2000
model.

I sold my 85 last year for $1000. Only 175K on it, and rusty from northern
winters, but that V8 still purred.... I even get to see it running around my
neighborhood as it lives 3 blocks down the street.
